Moderation Update 3.0 Readme.

Installation
------------

IF you use SP1.1, use the file "moderationupdate_sp11.mod".
IF you use SP1.2, use the file "moderationupdate_sp12.mod".
IF you use SP1.3, use the file "moderationupdate_sp13.mod".

Install the mod file pertaining to your installation AFTER readin gthe mod information.  If yoou do not know how to install a mod, read the Boardmod FAQ.

Questions:

	- I have topic rating installed. Do these mods work together?

		Yes! :)
		
	- What are these user level thingeys?
	-------------------------------------
		The user levels that can be set in admin center's forum preferences and settings
		control how functional this mod is. There are 4 settings:
		 - None (obvious)
		 - Icons
		 - Single Checkbox
		 - Multi Checkbox
		Those 3 last settings (icons, single checkbox, and multi checkbox) are explained
		in the image that came in the zip file (levels.gif)
